As part of this application you will need to detail your cookery/patisserie course, share your teachers details and share an idea for a dish which you would love to cook, using AnchorTM Food Professional Products.

Applications open on 5/08/2024 at 9:00 am and close at 11.59 pm on 31/10/2024 and you will be advised by no later than 15/11/2024 if your application has been successful.

Participants must be entered in a recognised cooking course at the time of entry. Apprenticeship or non-Apprenticeship based students are eligible

Eligible courses CERT II, III or IV in Commercial Cookery or Pastry and bakery. (or Australian state equivalent)

Please tell us about an idea for a dish that you would like to bring to life using AnchorTM Food Professionals products. Successful applicants will be notified by Friday 15 November 2024 and be mentored with the other finalists to turn your dish concept into a recipe and completed dish that you will cook and serve 2 portions on the final day of the program. Your full recipe will need to be finalized by Monday 16 December 2024 if you are successful in your application.

When designing your dish idea, please make sure they meet the below requirements.

  • Includes at least one anchor FP ingredients
  • 30 minute set up
  • Cook time no more than 2 hours
  • Ingredients you will use are in season in February 2025
