Step 5/5: Dish Concept
Please tell us about an idea for a dish that you would like to bring to life using AnchorTM Food Professionals products. Successful applicants will be notified by Friday 15 November 2024 and be mentored with the other finalists to turn your dish concept into a recipe and completed dish that you will cook and serve 2 portions on the final day of the program. Your full recipe will need to be finalized by Monday 16 December 2024 if you are successful in your application.
When designing your dish idea, please make sure they meet the below requirements.
- Includes at least one anchor FP ingredients
- 30 minute set up
- Cook time no more than 2 hours
- Ingredients you will use are in season in February 2025
