As part of this application you will need to detail your cookery/patisserie course, share your teachers details and share an idea for a dish which you would love to cook, using AnchorTM Food Professional Products.

Participants must be entered in a recognised cooking course at the time of entry. Apprenticeship or non-Apprenticeship based students are eligible

Please tell us about an idea for a dish that you would like to bring to life using one of our products listed below. Your ingredients need to be sourced from Queen Victoria market in Melbourne – no fresh ingredients will be able to be brought in from New Zealand. Successful applications will be notified by Sunday 16th November 2025 and be mentored with the other finalists to turn your dish concept into a recipe and completed the dish that you will cook and serve 2 portions on the final day of the program. Your full recipe will need to be finalised not later then Friday 19th December 2025 if you are successful in your application.
